EPHS Music Tutor and Sound System Tech

 Ms. Aguirre is the music teacher at Coach Archie Duran Elementary School where she teaches Pre-K through 5th grade general music, which includes singing, Orff ensemble (percussion instruments) and recorder. She previously taught at Aoy Elementary School where she was awarded grants from the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA). Ms. Aguirre is a graduate of Ysleta High School where she was an All-Region clarinet player, drum major and valedictorian. She earned her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Texas at El Paso where she played clarinet and bass clarinet in the UTEP Wind Symphony and earned her Master of Music Education degree from Texas Tech University.
